This service is a prerequisite to enable the third-party provider (TPP) to request access to accounts held at SMBC Group, on behalf of a payment service user (PSU).

This service enables the TPP to manage the lifecycle of the client application including obtaining the client credentials, refreshing the client secret and updating the redirect URIs.

This API specification defines the sandbox utility service made available by SMBC Group in order to sign HTTP messages sent from clients as well as verifying that the message is signed by the TPP, using their private key.

This service supports the management of access tokens, for use by third-party providers (TPPs) to gain access to SMBC Group's other APIs.
